What we do at CRM Breakthroughs is enable our clients to get most of their actions right to help them grow their customer relations and, by definition, grow their profits.

All of this with better systems, better processes and less stress.
And what we mean by “most” is helping them get done what they really want to do and remove a lot of the frustration of having incomplete intentions.

We help our clients set up systems that are automated where necessary and focus on the right actions at the right times to get the right feedback.

We walk our clients through the change process as many times we advocate a different way of doing things. And when clients have been successful so far, they don’t always see the need to change, even though they have engaged us to help them change. So, if we work with you, get ready for some change. :)

We work with the client’s team where necessary. Many times it is the teams who are responsible for implementing the changes so we are geared up to walk them through the processes as well.

In the end the focus remains on the customer. In fact, our systems and processes are geared that way. After all, that’s what CRM is all about – the customer.

Finally, we believe CRM is a strategy, not software. If you already have software, great. We will work with that and often use software in our strategies (we’re not Luddites!) but the strategy must come first. Many of our clients let out a small sigh of relief when they hear this. They are feeling driven by software and want to regain some control. We enable them to do just that.
